PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay).

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Undefeated does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

SALES TAX 
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to AR, CO, D.C., GA, HI, IL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV and WI. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

Continental USA     $12 (2-7 days)
Hawaii & Alaska     $27 (5-10 days)

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

QUANTITY LIMITS 
Due to the limited quantities of certain products, at this time we can only sell one style per specific products that apply.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
