Cancellations

Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.

 

Domestic Shipping

Due to the current climate with COVID-19, you may experience a delay in an email response, shipping times, and return processing. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information is sent. Also, for your convenience, you can click the ‘Check your order’s status’ link in your order confirmation email.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery for domestic orders. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

Hawaii & Alaska     $25 (5-10 days)

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled. We do not offer signature confirmation.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable at the moment but will return very soon.

Shipping is nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.

We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

 

Sale Items

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Undefeated will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Undefeated.com does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.

 

Returns

All sales are final on all launch product, Bape, women's and men's inner and/or undergarments, and sale items. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact orders@undefeated.com for all order and return inquiries. Undefeated will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to Undefeated are subject to an 20% restocking fee. 

Items ordered on Undefeated.com cannot be exchanged at any Undefeated Chapter Store.

Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers. 

  

Launch Products

We reserve the right to ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer is a violation of our policy and deprives other customers of the opportunity to purchase these products and is a cost and burden to our warehouse and web department. We reserve the right to cancel the orders or accept the multiple purchases at our sole discretion. Once an order is placed for these items, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. No exceptions. Orders cancelled, refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer deprives other customers of the opportunity to purchase these products and is burden to our warehouse and web department and therefore will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

 

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

 

Item Availability

Merchandise availability on Undefeated.com is subject to change. If, after adding an item to cart, you receive a message reading "Selected quantity is not available at this time," please wait and attempt to add the item at a later time.

If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after the order is made, the item will be refunded to you and the remaining items will be processed and shipped as normal.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California, Nevada and Arizona.

 

Payment

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
